The Administrative Associate will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will manage calendar requirements, coordinate internal and external meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, and prepare and process detailed expense reports including follow-up via Concur (or similar software).

You will also screen incoming correspondence and draft correspondence on behalf of the team, interface daily with professionals at all levels and handle highly sensitive information maintaining confidentiality and appropriate discretion, prepare reports and materials for presentations, administer confidentiality agreements via Agiloft, prepare purchase orders via Oracle and reconciliation of invoices, and several other critical tasks supporting the team.

How do you know if you’re the right fit?

You should have 2-5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant and full comprehension of office management systems and procedures. To be successful you will need to have excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Office360, and have exemplary planning and time management skills. You should enjoy staying up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
